There
are no dogs here today, so the cat can relax in the garden. She won't
be disturbed. The dogs can't escape now – our neighbours have
impressive new gates. Neither can the other animals run away. There
are lots of birds near the sea – jackdaws and gulls. These jackdaws
with grey heads are adult. They are looking for insects in the lawn.
This other jackdaw is not fully grown. He does not have a grey head yet. He would like to be fed. The
two others reject him. There's a herring gull on the wall, with her
annoying young gull. A jackdaw is disturbed and he flies away.
