This is a new year and a new decade. But it's not a good day for me – I have the common cold. I am coughing and sneezing non-stop. My daughter is suffering from influenza. Hopefully, things can only get better! It's a good time to reflect on many good things in the past decade. There were several new grandchildren and a golden wedding. I had a smashed shoulder and I stopped driving. I loved and lost several animals. I learnt/taught lots of Cornish and met lovely Cornish speakers. I have read several books and written thousands of words. It is my intention to do more of the same thing.
